“I was more of a grinch than a bridezilla, and really just wanted to wave a magic wand and for it all to be done. That’s where Hayley came in! We talked through what I had done already, and she created a long, meticulous list of what was left (including a lot of jobs that I didn’t even realise needed to be done!)

Hayley is SO incredibly thorough, efficient, organised and creative that I instantly felt more relaxed. We worked so, so well together that I actually started to get excited about my wedding again and not snap at people when they asked me how things were going!

Generally, Hayley would remind me the next task that needed to be addressed. I would explain what I had in mind and Hayley would go away and do all of the research…she would then come back to me (somehow usually within a few hours…!) with plenty of creative suggestions that built upon my basic idea, along with the best prices she could find. All I then had to do was choose one of her amazing options – it was an absolute dream!

Hayley also came to me to visit all of my suppliers, asking them very important questions that I definitely wouldn’t have had the sense to ask myself (I would just sit there looking at her thinking “oh phew, I’m so glad you checked about that”) and taking SO many notes in her beautiful little notebook that she had personalised for my wedding (that in itself was a work of art!)

Hayley popped in to see me on the morning of my wedding and then visited the venue super early to ensure that everything was perfect. I am often such a worrier, but I was SO relaxed on my wedding morning – my hair and make up artist actually said I was the most relaxed bride she had ever met! Of course that was partly because I knew my best friend would be there waiting for me at the altar, but it was also partly because – with Hayley’s help – I was 100% confident that everything would go according to plan.” – Stella Gardiner

I knew from the moment I got engaged there was absolutely no way I could plan my wedding alone. Hayley kept me on track and made everything so simple and easy.  We had a few meetings where we would talk about upcoming plans, from venue decoration, flowers and all things pretty, to the running schedule of the day.

Hayley was always super organised, quick and easy to get hold of. She listened to what we wanted, worked within our budget, and delivered everything we could have dreamed of.

Planning a wedding can be very difficult when you are not using a typical wedding venue, so I appreciated Hayley’s knowledge, experience and candour when it came to weighing different decisions. We had a totally DIY wedding, which was lovely and personal but could also have been very stressful.  On the day Hayley took away all of that stress meaning we could relax and enjoy the day, without any worries of dealing with little hiccups or suppliers at all.

On the day, Hayley had everything under control, from the blankets over the hay bales, to the setting up of the tables, to the perfect timing for the first dance, to hanging lanterns in the trees, laying out the cake table and much much more. Her quiet and professional manor working away in the background always gave a calm atmosphere and a feeling of security that everything was running exactly as planned.” – Clare McAllister

“To be honest, we had never even considered having a wedding planner as we felt they are for rich high flyers. Hayley came recommended from a friend and we had initially just intended to have a short consulation with her. But we fell in love with her relaxed but super organised style. She was in no way intrusive and was very responsive to emails etc.

The consultation was especially useful. Hayley came with a lot ideas that to add little personal touches to our wedding and we used a lot of these and got some really lovely comments about them after the day.

Hayley totally let us take the lead on everything, supporting us to have the wedding we wanted but also being able to make suggestions that made it even ‘more us’. She was also able to deal with the ‘behind the scenes’ stuff that doesn’t ‘just happen’ and could have caused a lot of stress without otherwise.” – Nicola Beaumont
